Student Support and Wellbeing

"Aidan’s has a warm, non-judgemental and caring embrace, which is embodied by every member of the Aidan’s community. I believe that Aidan’s offers something for everyone. There are numerous ways to get involved in varying capacities whether it is sports, welfare, arts, or volunteering to help the wider community. There are also opportunities to showcase your leadership skills through the various JCR officer positions. Being involved with the Aidan’s community helped me learn and grow in many ways. St. Aidan’s has undoubtedly been an indispensable part of my university experience and I have made friends that will last a lifetime."

We are proud of our inclusive, multicultural and supportive community at St Aidan’s College. We have an experienced Student Support and Development Team based within college who are here to not only provide pastoral support on a day-to-day basis but also to encourage your personal development.

Come talk to us about anything that is impacting on your wellbeing and your ability to engage with your academic work and college experience. We operate an open-door policy and are here to listen to you and work with you overcome any obstacle you may face while at Durham University.
