When you join CIS, you’ll become part of a friendly but demanding department. Our 165-strong staff comprises highly skilled IT experts in a range of roles, from field specialists who troubleshoot IT problems across campus, to IT service managers and project teams.

The initial apprenticeship was flexible and allowed me to gain a wide range of experience across a number of specialisations within CIS; within 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support. I completed the qualification part of my apprenticeship early and was able to apply for a permanent position within the team.
