What on Earth am I doing (next)?
You are invited to the launch of a new series of sessions helping to prepare early career researchers for life after PhDs or Postdocs. The launch session will introduce the aims of the new events and start a discussion about what support is needed for those taking or thinking of taking a PhD or a Postdoc.

The sessions are planned by early career researchers (ECRs) for other ECRs with content requested by participants. They are led by the Biophysical Sciences Institute' s Early Career Group and the Wolfson Research Institute for Health and Wellbeing's Early Career Researcher group, with input from others including the Careers and Enterprise EDAPT delivery team.
