Find a Supervisor - Geography Research Degrees

Photo by ThisIsEngineering: https://www.pexels.com/photo/female-engineer-taking-notes-3862376/Finding the right supervisor for you is an important step in postgraduate studies at both Research Masters and Doctoral level.

You will meet with your supervisor regularly as they support you through each step of successfully designing and completing independent research.

To find a fit that is right for you, we encourage you to get in touch with potential supervisors to discuss your research ideas, and how best to match your intellectual interests with their expertise.

Your Research Interests

In some cases, supervisors have projects with positions they are looking to fill, either at the Research Masters or PhD level.

Research Clusters

They act as centres of gravity for collective research activity and provide the foundational means through which we generate the diversity, vibrancy and innovation that underpins our research.

Connecting with a supervisor who shares your interests is important for you to find the right support for your research. Each of our research clusters lists current members of that group along with their main research interests and areas of expertise.
