Postgraduate Teaching Excellence Recognised

Dr Sarah Knuth has been short-listed for the Best Masters Teaching award in recognition of her teaching on the Department of Geography's Risk Masters programme.

The award competition, organised by FindAMasters.com is designed to showcase and celebrate staff and teams who "go above and beyond" in their roles, and "whose hard work and dedication is outstanding."

Since joining Durham, Dr Knuth has developed a new module in Climate, Risk, and Society for the Risk Masters programme. The module tackles some of the most challenging and pervasive issues that climate change presents socially, economically, politically, and environmentally.

The winners of the competition will be announced in June.
