Professor Clare McGlynn from our Durham Law School, along with colleagues, has been carrying out research on image-based sexual abuse for a number of years and shown how the existing law fails victims with change needed.

Professor Thom Brooks (Durham Law School) was invited by the House of Lords Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) Committee to propose an inquiry for the Committee to undertake, in competition with other leading figures in immigration law and policy.
