Human Resources and Organisation Development (HROD) supports all academic, research and professional services staff by ensuring they have the skills, qualities and qualifications required to undertake their roles with confidence and to the highest standard. Diversity Pay Report 2021

Our commitment
Since 2019 we have disclosed details of our pay at and beyond the regulatory requirements, including publishing our ethnicity pay gap. In 2020 we included the results of our disability pay audit and this year, for the first time, we have been able to include intersectionality data.
