May 11th is the National Day for Staff Networks, celebrated since May 2017 it provides an opportunity to celebrate and acknowledge the contributions, inspiration, insight and experiences of our colleagues.

May 11th is the National Day for Staff Networks, celebrated since May 2017 it provides an opportunity to celebrate and acknowledge the contributions, inspiration, insight and experiences of our colleagues.

Did you know that research conducted in 2020/21 showed that 51% of workers wanted to join a staff network and 40% of organisations relied on their staff networks to keep them informed on the wellbeing of employees.
