The Estates and Facilities Directorate have installed heat pumps at four properties on Green Lane in Durham City.

The installation of these heat pumps will reduce emissions linked to heating by at least 70% and give the buildings a path to Net Zero. Using heat pumps in this manner will contribute to reducing emissions linked to heating across the University estate.
