Hidden away, just off Church Street, one of our buildings has been through a low-carbon transformation that leads the way in the University’s ambition of achieving net zero.

The maintenance services teams are working hard across the University and Durham City to ensure that our buildings are safe, warm and powered, responding as quickly as possible to issues all over Durham. In doing so, the team are an essential part of every day life across the University.
