About UCAS Clearing

UCAS Clearing is for applicants who have not yet secured a place at university, or who have a place but wish to apply to another university. Clearing 2024 opens on 5 July and will run until 21 October.

You are an international applicant if you normally live in a country outside of the UK or Republic of Ireland and would not pay fees at the ‘home’ rate. EU students with settled or pre-settled status may need to apply as home students depending on their fee status - please check UKCISA's guidance if you are unsure whether you pay home or international fees.

My tutors at Durham were supportive and helped open my eyes to the different avenues available to me after University. My experiences helped build my confidence, resilience and communication - giving me the necessary skills to represent myself to the best of my ability during interviews.
