No student currently completing an undergraduate degree in a UK University will be denied entry to a Master's programme for which they have been made an offer on grounds of missing marks due to industrial action, where existing marks indicate the student is likely to meet the conditions of their offer.
If you are currently holding an offer from us for a Master’s programme and have been affected by the marking and assessment boycott taking place at some UK universities, we will support you to progress to postgraduate study. Depending on your circumstances, you will be able to upload supporting evidence to your Applicant Portal. The list below outlines what you need to do:
When uploading your documents, please make sure these have been issued officially by your university, and bear their official logo and a signatory. Please also send us your official certificate when you receive it.
PLEASE NOTE: If your offer includes conditions in addition to your degree (for example an English language qualification), you will also need to upload this evidence to your portal to enable us to confirm your place at Durham.
If you have applied for a PGCE (but NOT the PGCE International), you should upload all documents to education.admissions@durham.ac.uk.
If you have any questions about your own personal circumstances, please get in touch.
