Before enrolling with Durham University, applicants can work with an official representative of Durham University.
A Student Guide to Choosing an Education Agent
If you choose to use one of our official representatives, please note the following:
- Representatives will assist applicants with their application, provide any advice necessary, and support them in preparing and submitting any required documents. Whilst the representative is there to assist in this process, the applicant has overall responsibility of their application and any communications.
- Representatives will be given full access to the data provided in the application form, and they will be given permission to discuss all aspects of the student’s application with Durham University.
- Representatives shall be honest in their communications with the student regarding the University, and vice versa. Representatives shall not provide the student or University with false or misleading information.
- Representatives must behave with integrity and honesty and are appointed following a thorough selection process. Durham University also provides all representatives with ongoing training to ensure the highest standards.
- Representatives of Durham University are paid commission for their services*.
*With the exception of the United States or representatives working with students receiving US federal loans
