Reflect: EDAPT encourages participants to develop a growth mindset by integrating Sarasvathy's effectuation principles. Through the 2 day programme, learn to approach your research and challenges with creativity and confidence, leveraging available resources to navigate funding, career, impact and reach linked to your values and interests..
Explore: The programme enhances key skills essential for academic and professional success, including communication, problem-solving, and time management. By fostering creativity and innovation within research domains, EDAPT enables participants to explore new ideas, methodologies, and interdisciplinary perspectives.
Act: Participants apply their learning through self directed collaborative challenges, strengthening their critical thinking and project management skills. The programme culminates in academic-style poster presentations, refining their ability to communicate findings effectively to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
