What are we looking for?

We are looking for excellent employers who have provided opportunities for students to learn and excel in the workplace. These employers will also have built links with education in order to support and develop the next generation of workers.

This award recognises employers who demonstrate a strong commitment to student employment, providing an inclusive and supportive work environment. They prioritise equality, diversity, and inclusivity in recruitment while enabling students to balance work, academics, and personal development. By fostering a positive workplace, they help students thrive and gain transformative experiences.
