Nominations in this category should be for exceptional students who go above and beyond for their employers, making a real impact through their part-time work. As our most popular category, strong nominations should highlight specific examples of their contributions and key employability skills.

What are the award criteria?

Students who exceed expectations by taking on extra tasks, contributing creatively to business growth, or applying university knowledge to enhance their work.
