Staff profile

Xinyuan Zhang is a full time PhD student at Durham Law School. Prior to commercing her PhD, she obtained LLM at Durham University, and Bachelor of Arts at University of California, Irvine (UCI) with a major in Criminology, law and society. She started her PhD in October 2024, supervised by Ms. Gemma Davies and Professor Ming Du. Her current research emcompasses criminal law, financial law and international economic law, with a particular focus on transnational financial crimes.
