Biography

Sara Ismail-Sutton is a researcher in variational fluid dynamics, acoustic waves, and relativistic fluid dynamics, specializing in the development of innovative analytical techniques for compressible flow, multilayer flow systems, and acoustic waves. She has contributed to advancements in flow formulations with thermal dissipation, a variational approach for linear and nonlinear acoustic model equations, and a semi-analytic method for bilayer Couette flow.

Sara Ismail-Sutton has also played a key role in developing pioneering methodologies for generating bilayer base-flow solutions in surface-patterned systems, published in an international journal. Her latest research focuses on the intersection of classical and relativistic fluid dynamics, developing canonical frameworks with a strong emphasis on symmetries.
