My research focuses on personalised Assessment and Feedback and the student experience in within Higher Education. My PhD investiated the percived issues students expereinced with Assessment and Feedback and whether a form of assessment called Ipsative Assessment could ameliorate these issues. 

• My research interests focus on the assessment of novice programmers. My PhD investigated the issues faced by novice programmers and if Ipsative Assessment could ameliorate said issues.
