Research interests
- Studies involving chromatographic tandem mass spectrometry (GC/GCMS, HPLC/LCMS) analysis of nutrients and small molecules as biomarkers in biological systems - animal, plants, microbial, mycological and humans.
- Targeted metabolomics and analysis for FAMEs, Short chain fatty acids (SCFAs), polyphenols, steroids, mycotoxins, biotoxins, enzyme inhibitor technology residues etc.
