Biography
Carolina graduated from Columbia University in 2014 with a M.Ed. in Education Policy and Social Analysis. Before that she graduates on 2010 from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile with a M.Sc in Industrial Engineering and a B.Sc In Industrial Engineering.
Between the years 2014 and 2022, Carolina founded Impacta Consultores in Chile, a consulting firm that measures the impact of social programs and creates evidence to inform decition-makers in the social sector.
Carolina is currently a PhD student in the School of Education at Durham University.
