Biography

I am a PhD student at Durham University. My PhD is funded through the Aura CDT, which specialises in research related to the Offshore Wind industry. As part of the CDT I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Offshore Wind Energy and the Environment at the University of Hull. Before that, I completed an MPhys in Experimental Physics at the University of York.

Research Project

My project aims to design a novel biomimetic 3D woven composite for wind turbine blades.
