As the space sector evolves, so too do the legal and commercial challenges that come with it. Join us for a two-day exploration of how disputes in space are emerging and how they can be resolved. Experts from law, industry and government will share insights on risk mitigation, arbitration, governance and the impact of new technologies on space law.

With a keynote address from Anu Ojha OBE (UK Space Agency), alongside expert-led panels on emerging technologies, risk management, alternative dispute resolution and future governance, this event offers essential insights for professionals navigating the complexities of space law. Engage in lively discussions, expand your network and gain practical knowledge to stay ahead in this rapidly evolving field.

Hosted by Durham Law School, the Durham University Space Research Centre (SPARC), the Institute of Advanced Study, and the Durham International Dispute Resolution Institute, this event aims to lay the groundwork for establishing a specialised dispute resolution centre focused on resolving space-related conflicts.
