We are absolutely delighted to announce that the team at the Centre for Neurodiversity & Development have been successful in securing over £12,300 in funding from Research England to support the development of participatory research on neurodiversity and development.
Participatory research practices are already part of the work of the Centre, but with this funding the team will be able to establish a participatory panel of neurodiverse young people to co-produce and co-design research; develop materials to support participatory research on neurodiversity; and run a public engagement event on participatory research. This exciting project is getting underway in March 2022. Details of the public engagement event (which will be held in July 2022) will be announced shortly.
