Welcome to the Centre for Molecular and Nanoscale Electronics

The focus of the Centre is electronic devices enabled by molecular or nanoscale materials. This brings together advanced metrology and processing, materials synthesis and characterisation, spectroscopy and modelling to better understand a wide range of devices including transistors, solar cells, light-emitting diodes, memory and artificial neural networks.
