The following information provides an outline of implementation of Eyes on the Baby. More detailed information will be provided when you have made an expression of interest and this process will be supported throughout.
You can contact Eyes on the Baby, for enquiries and support, at any stage before, during and after this process.
Implementation of the programme is slightly different for each Multi-agency Working (MAW) group as different people, organisations and roles will be involved. A specific project plan will be drawn up by your project manager(s), based on local knowledge and which organisations are included in your MAW.
Who you need on board
This is an indicative list of who needs to be involved with your implementation and rollout of the programme from strategic leads to those people who are out working with the community and families. Whilst not all of these roles will be involved in the initial planning stages, their engagement needs to be prepared for.
What you need to do to prepare
