About the Event

Join us for our Summer Research Bursary Scheme Launch on the 14 February. This event is a drop-in session where we can answer any questions about the scheme and meet other potential applicants and supervisors.

Summary - Scheme at a glance 

• Open to Durham University students only
• 6-8 weeks of research embedded in an interdisciplinary research laboratory
• Cohort project and mini-symposium associated with projects
• Develop and evidence skills desired by employers 
• £423 per week funding
• Two supervisors required per project (ready-made projects will be shared on this website)
• Closing date: 25 April 2025
