Abstract

We all interact with public services in our everyday lives, but researchers have not done enough to understand what just interactions in these settings look like--something that is more important as public services are seeing a digital revolution. This talk will argue that it is useful to expand existing theory in this domain in three directions, so that theory is: more contextual than generalised; more grounded in the subjective experiences and perceptions of the public; and more concerned with the outcomes of just and unjust processes.

Places are limited and so any academic colleagues or students interested in attending in person should register. Registration form here.
