Bioinformatics software

The bioinformatics module contains a collection of other modules relevant to bioinformatics.  In order to use these, first load the bioinformatics module.  The contents will then become visible and can be loaded.  For example:

module load bioinformatics
module avail
module load bowtie2/2.4.5
