Non-Technical Summaries

The Home Office publishes non-technical summaries of all approved licences for animal work.  These are available on their website, under the heading of transparency data on animal research.

Current licences held at Durham are listed below with date of approval.  Non-technical summaries will be available on the Home Office website as above:

  • Neuronal coding in the hippocampal system (October 2023)
  • Functional consequences of metals and mutations on p53 function (September 2022)
  • Antibody production for clinical and research applications (September 2021)
  • Red deer and the impacts of human disturbance (December 2020)
