Stephen Nash from our Careers & Enterprise Service has won the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) John Roberts Memorial Award 2023. The winner was announced at the AGCAS Awards for Excellence ceremony at Keele University on Tuesday 20 June 2023.
The John Roberts Memorial Award is given to the best student on the AGCAS / University of Warwick Career Education, Information and Guidance in Higher Education (CEIGHE) qualifications, as selected by the University of Warwick Course Director, Dr Phil McCash.
Of Stephen's win, Phil said: “Stephen took a highly professional approach to the CEIGHE Postgraduate Diploma and achieved a Distinction. Stephen particularly excelled at the Career Development Theories and Employer Engagement and Labour Markets modules and overall achieved an extremely consistent, outstanding set of marks. Congratulations Stephen!”
Stephen commented: "I'm absolutely delighted to have won the AGCAS John Roberts memorial Award 2023. What an honour! I'm so grateful to have been recognised in this way, and putting the learning from my studies in to practice in my role within the Careers & Enterprise Service has been really rewarding."
