The announcement, which is in commemoration of the 75th Anniversary of Pakistan’s Independence, recognises Dr Siddiqui’s global expertise in education research and equity in education.
Dr Siddiqui, who joined us in 2013, leads on many projects contributing important evidence for education policy in England, Pakistan and India. Dr Siddiqui’s work extends to several hundred research publications, including four books, with areas of research including the impact of poverty on children’s access to school, learning and social emotional developments.

“I was surprised but delighted to be featured in the UPSIGN list of 75 Notable Pakistani Academics, Teachers and Trainers across all fields.
