This July will see the return of Durham City Run Festival and we are delighted to be supporting the event as a major partner. Take on the historic streets of Durham for a midsummer evening of racing!

The festival will take place on Friday 15 and Saturday 16 July, with events throughout the city and at our venues. With the return of the popular Durham City Run 10K and 5K races, along with the Run Like a Legend Mile, and Paula Radcliffe’s Families on Track. With individual and family team events there really is something for everyone!

Event details are as follows:

Friday Evening – 5K (7:15pm) and 10K (7pm) around the historical city centre
Saturday – Run Like a Legend (10:00am) 1 Mile Races along the picturesque and flat riverside
Saturday – Families on Track (10:30am) – family team event at Durham Racecourse

There are also free themed runs available for anyone who has entered the 5K or 10K. Details can be found on the Durham City Run Festival website.
