The American Philosophical Association (APA) has run a short interview with Durham Law School’s Thom Brooks, professor of law and government and former Dean of Durham Law School (2016-21).
The APA is the world’s largest learned society in philosophy. The interview series focuses on leading figures within the APA. Brooks is currently Chair of the APA’s Committee on Public Philosophy. The Committee overseas an annual op-ed prize, Berry Prize that funds work in public philosophy and raising the profile of publicly-engaged philosophy in the wider society. Brooks was previously Chair of the Law and Philosophy Committee.
