Professor Cartwright has lectured in Nottingham University since 2004 and is currently the Director of Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and People. He has served as a member of the Council of Consumers' Association and of the Law Society's Advisory Group on Consumer Law Reform for a number of years.
He is the author of several books on the topic of Consumer Protection Law and this talk will be based on a recent study he co-authored surrounding Video Games, Virtual Coercion and Unfair Commercial Practices.
