Congratulations on receiving an offer to attend St Cuthbert's Society! We look forward to meeting you soon in Durham. As you prepare to come to Durham, there are a few forms to fill in and boxes you need to tick to ensure that we're ready to welcome you when you arrive. Please use the checklist below as your guide to what you need to sort out over the next couple of weeks. You do not need to complete them in the order listed, however, you will need to complete certain tasks before you can log in to do others. There are also links on the left- and right-hand sides, which contain more information to help you through the process.

1. Register with a Doctor

2. Complete Student Enrolment and Register for Modules
Follow the steps on this webpage. Note you will not be able to fill in your term time address, or some other details until the accommodation allocation process has taken place.
3. Arrival Form
Please complete this form if you will be living in college accommodation to ensure we know your correct arrival date and time. The form can be found here.
Please ensure that you have read the arrival information for Postgraduate students: Information for home students can be found here and information for international PG students can be found here.
4. Complete College Mentor Information Form
All first-year postgraduate students can opt-in for a college mentor. Please complete this Mentor Information Form if you are interested in the scheme.
5. Complete the Consent Matters course online
You will receive an automated email from the University informing you that you are required to take the course with a direct link to the course. You will need to sign in to the Oracle Learning platform using your normal login details (this will include using Multi-factor authentication). You will need to select the offering and then click on the Enrol button to access the modules and quiz. 15. International Student VISA & Passport Information
Passport & VISA checking (Right to Study) will be completed in person and information will be emailed to you in the weeks before the start of your course.

16. Bank Letter - Opening a UK Bank Account
Once you are fully registered you will be able to download a bank letter from Banner Self Service, please log on to DUO account go to Banner Self Service, click on faculty services then student letters and proceed to click on international bank letter and follow the instructions.
17. Sign up for JCR Membership.
The JCR Levy is a one-off payment* of £53.50 at the beginning of the year for postgrad students. 90+% of students join the JCR and being a member means you can join Cuth's sports and societies, use our gyms and library, run for election, get involved in our committees including outreach, social, welfare, and finance committee, and have discounted tickets to our events! The JCR uses the money to fund our events and committees and subsidise sports and societies for everyone, ensuring opportunities at Cuth's are as accessible as possible!

19. Postgraduate Welcome Formal Dinner
To sign up for Postgraduate welcome formal dinner taking place on Friday 24th September, please complete the following form here – sign up closes Friday 17th September or until all places are taken.
