Holey Moley Magazine: Reviving Tradition and Celebrating the Josephine Butler Community

Josephine Butler College is thrilled to announce the launch of Holey Moley Magazine, a vibrant new publication dedicated to celebrating our College community. Led by Libby Fleming, and Anna Spurway, Holey Moley Magazine is a revival of the College's former publication, The Mound. Inspired by their time as Freps, Libby and Anna set out to reignite a publication that brings students together, fosters connections, and shares our community's stories.

On Thursday, November 14th, Josephine Butler College at Durham University will proudly host renowned historian and author Sarah C. Williams for a special event in the Saltwell Building 7.30pm to 9pm. Dr Williams will be presenting her new book, When Courage Calls: Josephine Butler and the Radical Pursuit of Justice for Women. This talk, co-hosted by the college’s Feminist Society, is a significant moment for the college community, as it celebrates the legacy of its namesake, Josephine Butler.
