Where you have made an Advanced Rent payment, this means you have secured college accommodation. By making the Advanced Rent payment you are agreeing with the full terms and conditions of the Licence Agreement, including any penalty charges incurred where appropriate.
Advanced Rent is a non-refundable payment. Advanced Rent is not a deposit.
There may be circumstances where you no longer require the college accommodation you have secured. The University will incur financial loss as a result of an early termination of a Licence Agreement. Please refer to your Licence Agreement in the first instance should you wish to terminate the Agreement.
