Postgraduate Licence Agreement Acceptance 2024/25

Before completing the payment of Advanced Rent please ensure you have fully read your Particulars of Offer and the Licence to Occupy University Accommodation.

It is extremely important that you fully understand the offer that is being made to you and the terms and conditions that you are accepting by making the £400 payment of Advanced Rent outlined within the Licence Agreement.

To accept the Licence Agreement, ensure you have read all information provided to you in full and understand you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined. Click the link below to complete the £400 payment of Advanced Rent.

The University has given you the opportunity to read the terms and conditions of this agreement, including the Schedules to it, as shown on the University website and has given you the opportunity to raise any concerns you have with this agreement, with the University and you as to the nature and effect of this Agreement, or in relation to any of its terms, either party shall be entitled, but not obliged, to invoke the appeals procedure described therein.

IT IS AGREED THAT the University offers and you accept residence in the University on the terms and conditions set out in the Licence to Occupancy Agreement which is set out on the University website here and subject to you making the payments as set out in the Occupancy Agreement, and on the understanding that this forms the basis of a licence to occupy, and does not constitute any form of tenancy or other interest or estate by virtue of Paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 of the Housing Act 1988. AS WITNESS the hands of the parties hereto the day and year hereunder entered.

You must select the correct option for £400 Advanced Rent only in order to make the successful payment and secure accommodation.

A confirmation email will only be sent to you from the Accommodation and Allocations Office once the Finance team provide authorisation that your payment has been received and was successfully processed.
