We’re modernising our online alumni platform to give you a smoother and more streamlined experience.
These updates will make updating your information and accessing your exclusive alumni benefits simpler and more convenient.
You can still log in to the current portal to update your details and access your alumni benefits.
What do I need to do?
You do not need to take any action yet. Invitations to the new alumni portal will start being sent in July 2025 - watch our for yours!
What's changing?
Updating your alumni details will be quicker and easier.
Accessing alumni benefits will be even simpler as they move into the new portal:
- JSTOR
- EBSCO (for Business School alumni)
- Email for Life, your own @dunelm.org.uk email address – if you have a dunelm.org.uk email already, this will not be affected.

Additional features will be added to the new portal over time.
When will these changes take place?
Invitations to the new and improved online portal will be sent from July 2025. The current portal will close on Thursday 31 July 2025.
