First Generation Staff Network

The First Generation Staff Network seeks to create an inclusive environment where all members of our community can reach their full potential. We celebrate and promote the achievements of first generation staff, and we provide a space for network members to validate experiences, build social networks and capital, and share cultural and procedural insights.

By connecting like-minded individuals, the network seeks to foster a sense of belonging amongst its members. We support not only staff but also students who come from families or communities where attending university is not the norm.
