Elvet Hill Cottage, Al Qasimi Stables and PGR Hub

The School of Government and International Affairs is predicted to grow in the next few years, which requires a growth in staff office space​, as well as world-class facilities to support and attract students.

Overview of what we’re doing:

• Properties currently used by the department are being remodelled to accommodate projected growth.
• This includes works on the Al-Qasimi building, Elvet Hill House, Southend House, Elvet Hill Cottage (currently unoccupied) and Al Qasimi Stables.
• Southend House will have some minor modifications to improve the working and teaching environments.​​​​​​​
