Biography
Xiaoyu is a Teaching Fellow in Strategy and Organisational Behaviour at Durham University Business School. She received her PhD in Management from the University of Sheffield in 2024. Her research interests are primarily on the dark sides of leadership and how they affect daily behaviours and well-being across both work and non-work contexts. Prior to her PhD, she obtained an MSc in Management (International Business) from the University of Sheffield and was awarded the Top Performer for the 2017/18 cohort.
