Syman is a first year PhD student in management specialising International Business at Durham University Business School. Prior to commencing his doctoral study, Syman has got his Bacherlor's degree in managment from Xiamen University in China and Master's Degree in International Business at Warwick Business School.His research interest is focused on the digital foreign market entry mode of SMEs. He is particularly interested in the effect of the digital entry mode on SMEs' oversea performance in their host countries. He aims at quantifying how the digital entry mode, an understudied emerging strategy, moderates internationalising SMEs' liabilities of smallness and their foreign performance.
