Biography

I am a Teaching Fellow in Strategy and Innovation within the Department of Marketing and Management at Durham University Business School. I am currently an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

I recently completed my PhD in Strategic Management at Aston Business School (2024). I was awarded a fully-funded PhD studentship for my research by the College of Business and Social Sciences at Aston Business School. I completed my MSc in Strategy and International Buiness (2021) and my BSc in Business and International Relations (2016) at Aston University as well.

I have presented my research at various conferences including European Group for Organizational Studies (2024 and 2023), British Academy of Management (2023) and Midlands Graduate School (2023). At EGOS 2024, I was nominated for the Best Paper Award for Sub-theme 69: Strategy-as-practice at the Crossroads: Where to Next?
