Michael oversees the MBA portfolio of programmes (Full Time, Online and Executive) at Durham Univeristy and delivers marketing and branding courses on the undergraduate, postgraduate and executive programmes. He also draws on his years of experience managing international collaborations an partnerships to deliver the Executive MBA programme in partnership with EBS in Germany.
Michael has 24 years of experience of University & Executive programme design, delivery and management in the UK & globally. Managing all aspects of the student journey from application to graduation, collaborating with international partners, agencies and institutions throughout Europe, Asia & the Middle East - notably: Singapore, India, Malaysia, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Jordan, UAE, France and Germany.
During this time Michael has managed and delivered programmes for MNEs including Airbus, BAe Systems, Sapa, Batelco & The Sunway Group. Michael has also developed training programmes for The Institute of Hospitality, Emirates Academy, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Meridian 22 and Abu Dhabi Police Department.
With a specialism in the hospitality sector with 7 years working in industry, Michael has led consultancy projects for: London Olympics Games 2012; Rocco Forte Hotels; Manchester City Football Club; The Times 100; Marketing Manchester; & McCann Erikson.
