Kim-Chi is a PhD candidate in Management at Durham University Business School. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Huddersfield and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hanoi Foreign Trade University. Her doctoral research focuses on internationalisation and digitalisation. She is also interested in examining how institutional environments affect firms' decision to internationalise. Prior to her PhD programme, Kim-Chi worked as an International Finance lecturer in the Banking Academy of Vietnam.
