Biography

Chloé is Founding Partner of Gusto Luxe and Founding Partner/Vice Chair of Gusto Collective. Gusto Luxe is a market leader in integrated digital marketing solutions in luxury in Asia. The agency has 130 full time staff and is headquartered in Shanghai, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and London. Gusto Luxe was previously Reuter Communications, a company founded by Chloé in Shanghai in 2010. Gusto Collective, Asia’s first brandtech holding company, acquired a majority of the business in June 2020.  

Chloé is originally from Luxembourg and the UK, she has lived in Asia since 1993. She is a graduate of Chinese Studies from Durham University and the People’s University of China (Beijing). She is fluent in English, French, Italian and Mandarin Chinese. Before becoming an entrepreuneur, Chloé worked at Bloomberg TV and Reuters TV in Tokyo. She moved to Shanghai in 2005 and has witnessed first-hand the evolution of the luxury market.

Chloé is a frequent and sought after keynote speaker (English and Chinese) on Luxury in Asia and is actively involved with supporting women initiatives. Chloé has been based in Shanghai since 2005.
