The School is hosting the 14th International Labour and Employment Relations Association (ILERA) European Congress here in Durham on 10-12 September 2025. This event will bring together leading researchers, practitioners, and professionals from around the world to share their latest research.

The International Labour and Employment Relations Association (ILERA) was established in 1967. Its general purpose is to promote the study of labour and employment relations throughout the world in relevant academic disciplines.

The 14th European Congress will be hosted by Durham University Business School from Wednesday 10th to Friday 12th September 2025.

Important Dates:

  1. Paper abstract submission deadline: 31/03/2025
  2. Notification of acceptance: 30/04/2025

Submission Guidelines:

  1. Abstracts should be in English and no more than 250 words.
  2. Include the title, authors, and affiliations.
  3. Submit your abstract via the conference website. The paper submission systems will open in January 2025.

Special Sessions Proposals:

Submissions for special sessions are invited for ILERA 2025.
