We believe that good communication between the Nursery and our parents/carers is extremely important, and we do all we can to ensure this.

There is an open-door policy, and parents/carers are encouraged to feel that they can approach staff and management of the Nursery at any time about any issue relating to their child(ren). The key person plays an important role in providing detailed information about the child’s time at the Nursery.
